Romantic reading light made by us at Vintage Shades in Temecula, Ca.  Very vintage looking (fabrics are all new) reading light that hooks over the headboard of the bed for reading and also a beautiful addition to any Victorian room. Inside the shade is a pull chain socket for turning the interior light on and off. Comes ready to use. The lampshade has a very vintage look -- and can be the crowning touch to any room. Beautiful when lighted. The main panels are a burn-out silk velvet paisley design in dark sage, and olive green with clusters of flowers in a deep pink, burnt orange, and gold. All on a dark peach background. Front panel is embroidered netting with clusters of burnt orange, sage-olive clusters with embroidered vines -- over a patterned deep gold silk giving it a warm glow. The beaded fringe matches the main fabrics. Trim is an ornate style dyed to match the shade. It is 13 inches wide and about 9 inches tall including the beaded fringe.
