This is one of our favorite fabrics.  It is a burn-out silk velvet -- colors are teal, brown, and a touch of dark violet.  It is trimmed in brown vintage style imported braid. 

  The beaded fringe is a matching teal color. In the above photo the bed lamp is lighted. Notice the warm glow it casts into the room -- and at the same time provides light downward for reading.
